THE POSITION
- Managing a small team including training, mentoring & monitoring work flows
- Collaborating with Director and Account Executives
- Providing marketing and policy rating service as well as technical support to the marketing management team
- Negotiating mid-term changes with insurers and preparing submissions to insurers and proposals for clients
- Salary range $100,000-$125,000
MUST HAVES
- Level 2 General Insurance License required.
- Post secondary diploma or degree; CAIB, CIP or CRM considered an asset.
- 7+ years in Commercial Insurance with market placement experience.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Team player with integrity, accountability and innovative thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
