THE POSITION
- Responsible for a team of commercial-lines insurance specialists, their professional development, and the collective achievement of set results

- Strong understanding of the market and commercial insurance
- Must actively support the development of team members.
MUST HAVES
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial-lines insurance sales
- The ability to manage a team and help your team members grow
- A talent for achieving ambitious goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
