THE POSITION
- Overseeing the residential restoration department
- Comfortable working in a corporate structured environment
- Monitor reports and maintain compliance
- Manage and grow both the business and the people you work with every day
- Drive profitability while leading and inspiring a team
- Focus on retention and attracting top talent
- Salary range $110,000-$130,000 + bonus and generous benefits
MUST HAVES
- 5+ years of experience in branch management and/or leadership in disaster restoration or related industry (i.e.: insurance)
- Skilled at people management and problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills required
- Skilled in technology, Microsoft Office, and Xactimate
- IICRC certifications are an asset
