THE POSITION
The Account Associate supports the Account Executive by providing a courteous, accurate, timely and effective account management skillset to maintain and expand the team’s existing book of business. Your role is to build and sustains positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and markets to ensure that all policies, documentation, and interactions are clear, concise, comprehensive, and professional. This position also assists in:
- Managing the flow of quotes, policy issuance and mid term changes
- Assisting to put together client presentations
- Managing invoices and premium financing contracts
- Ensure accuracy of client and insurer correspondence
- Entry of new claims in claims management system

MUST HAVES
- 1-3 years Insurance experience required
- General Level 1 insurance license preferred
- A self starter with strong time management skills
- An open mind with a teachable personality
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with EPIC is an asset
