THE POSITION
- Quotes, job costing, estimating
- Claims on both residential and commercial
- Engage with property owners, adjusters and insurance companies
- Ensure projects are completed on time and with quality standards
- $70,000-$85,000+ (commensurate with experience)
MUST HAVES
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve problems quickly and professionally
- Restoration/renovation industry experience
- Knowledge of building construction and codes
- Experience with Xactimate
- Experience planning and monitoring budgets
- 24/7 on call rotation
