You are an insurance professional with commercial experience who wants to expand your career past reviewing policy documents and creating certificates. Detail oriented with an ability to think beyond the next steps, you also enjoy working with and supporting the success of a team.
THE POSITION
Your main goal in this role will be to assist the Commercial Account Managers to provide the highest level of customer service to both the Account Executives and the Clients. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing proposals for new and renewal business
- Working with Commercial Account Managers on amendments, renewals and new business where applicable
- Creating abeyances and following up on outstanding items from underwriters, team and clients
- Being exceptional when servicing client needs on behalf of the team

MUST HAVES:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Commercial Lines
- A level 1 General insurance license is required.
- A self starter with strong time management skills
- An open mind with a teachable personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
