THE POSITION
The Account Manager is accountable for managing clients, providing them with excellent customer service, and continuous support. You will work closely with the Account Assistant to provide guidance and will be responsible for supporting the producer and retaining and growing the business.
MUST HAVES
- Level 2 general Insurance License required.
- 2 plus years in Commercial Insurance required.
- Understanding of Epic considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Exceptional organizational skills.
