THE POSITION
- Work collaboratively with account team to complete various tasks to provide clients with exceptional customer service
- Provide support to various team members including Producers and Account Managers
- Provide clear and concise communication to both clients and insurance markets
MUST HAVES
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in Commercial Lines
- A level 2 General insurance license would be considered an asset
- Understanding of EPIC operating system
- Driven with a teachable personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
