THE POSITION
- Overseeing and managing Strata Program with Alberta focus
- Leading and supporting a small team of insurance professionals
- Focus on process and procedures as well as training staff
- Interfacing with insurer partners
- Managing expectations with internal stakeholders
MUST HAVES
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in Commercial Lines
- A level 2 General Insurance license is required (completion upon hire is fine)
- Detail focused and familiar with managing insurance programs (realty preferred)
- Enjoy training and developing others
- Expert in process and focused on continuous improvement
