THE POSITION

With a clear understanding of the company’s business goals and objectives, the Marine Manager is responsible for the retention and growth of the Canada Marine portfolio. This position will be heavily involved in fostering solid broker relations.  The team will grow under your guidance and direction.

 MUST HAVES

  • 5+ years of marine production underwriting experience, with demonstrated progressive levels of responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of marine forms, terms and conditions.
  • Proficient producer management and production skills with an understanding of the profit center’s business objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
