THE POSITION
- Oversee a team of two claims examiners
- Claims focus on Residential, Farm & Commercial (No Auto Claims)
- Responsible for setting up process and standards
- Working manager role, you will adjust claims from inception to completion
- Salary range $90,000 – $`105,000
MUST HAVES
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Claims handling
- CIP Designation (4 completed courses will be considered)
- Casualty focus preferred (E&O, slip and falls)
- Negotiation with insureds, claimants, lawyers, and insurers
- Open mind with a teachable personality
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
