THE POSITION
- Working manager responsible for underwriting complex fleet accounts
- Overseeing a small team of intermediate auto underwriters
- Train, develop and lead staff towards strong technical acumen
- Coordinate underwriting strategies with VP, Commercial Mid Market
- Portfolio and product management for Western Region
MUST HAVES
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in Commercial Auto Underwriting
- CIP Designation preferred
- Problem solving skills and confident decision making
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate, coach and support a team of professionals
